Introduction
This privacy statement is provided to let you know how we
handle information that we receive from our visitors. Although
there are links from this website to other websites, this
Privacy Policy applies only to this website and not to websites
operated by others.
Personal Information
If you visit our website and do not voluntarily enter your
contact information, we do not track personal information
about you such as your name or your email address.
If you visit our website and volunteer information such as
your name, mailing address, e-mail address, etc., in order
to obtain information from us, we will securely record that
information. In addition, if you provide a name, a mailing
address and/or an e-mail address, you may be added to our
newsletter, planned giving, general appeal or admissions mailing
list unless you specifically request to be omitted from these
lists. The College never provides its mailing list to any
outside organization.
In addition to requests for information, our website also
has a secure online gift form where visitors can make a gift
by credit card to Thomas Aquinas College. After we process
your credit card gift, we enter the information you provide
-- excluding your credit card number -- into our secure donor
database in order to maintain your gift history, name and
address record.
Revisions to the Privacy Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time as we
add new features, or as laws change that may affect our services.
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will
post a new version number at the beginning of this Privacy
Policy and the date (year, month and day) the Policy was last
revised.
