Tim & Laura Ristoff

Mr. and Mrs. Ristoff

Mr. Ristoff is founder and CEO of TriVista Business Group, a global operational advisory firm with offices in North America, China, and the United Kingdom. Previously Mr. Ristoff was president of ITT Industrial Electronics, president of ITT Switch Products, and vice president and general manager of TRW Sensors and Components. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Children’s Hospital Orange County and JWC Environmental LLC, as well as a former board member of Birth Choice Health Clinics. He earned an MBA from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree from Miami University (Ohio).

Mrs. Ristoff spent more than 15 years as a human-resources manager, working in the real-estate development sector before taking time off to raise her children. She has remained active in the area of global benefits and insurance administration at TriVista. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from California State University, Northridge, and completed a two-year Human Resources Certification program at the University of California, Irvine.

Mr. and Mrs. Ristoff have been married for 26 years and have three sons. Their eldest, Brandon, is a sophomore at Thomas Aquinas College. Additionally they are members of College’s Orange County Board of Regents.

Rita & Donald Swartz

Mr. and Mrs. SwartzMr. Swartz is the president of Quest Property Corporation, a real-estate investment firm that currently manages a 6,000-acre planned development site in Chico and has consulted on projects for clients including the Arch¬diocese of Los Angeles. During a career that spans more than 30 years, Mr. Swartz has been involved in property transactions throughout Southern California — including helping to secure the land for the Reagan Presidential Library. He holds BA and MBA degrees from Stanford, where he was the captain of the varsity football team. He was elected to the Thomas Aquinas College Board of Governors in 2010.

Mrs. Swartz currently serves as director of development for the Little Sisters of the Poor in San Pedro. She previously served as director of Parish Stewardship for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, where she designed materials to help parishes encourage volunteerism and financial giving that are now being published for use at the national level by Sheed & Ward. In 1984 Mrs. Swartz founded Launch Systems, a public-relations and marketing firm for high-technology clients including Apple Computer, Avery Dennison, and Microsoft. She holds a BS degree from Iowa State University and an MBA from Stanford.

Mr. and Mrs. Swartz have been married since 1982. They have four children and seven grandchildren.
