Slideshow: Thanksgiving Dinner 2013
On Sunday evening Thomas Aquinas College President Michael F. McLean hosted students, faculty, staff, and their families at the all-college Thanksgiving Dinner. To commemorate the 150th anniversary of the establishment of the national holiday, Tutor Patrick Gardner began the evening by reading aloud Abraham Lincoln’s Thanksgiving Proclamation of 1863.
Following the traditional dinner of turkey and fixings, the student choral group Chrysostomos provided musical entertainment. Dr. McLean closed out the evening by offering reflections on the recently concluded Year of Faith.
