In Memoriam: M. Stanton Evans, 1934 – 2015

Thomas Aquinas College mourns the passing of M. Stanton Evans, who died this morning. A celebrated journalist, author, and educator, Mr. Evans was a friend of the College and a longstanding member of its Board of Visitors.

“Stan was a genuine American patriot; he really loved the country,” reflects Peter L. DeLuca, one of the College’s founders and its vice president for finance and administration. “He always seemed to have the highest motives for the things he did and said. In that regard, he was a noble person, and he did a lot of good for the country.”
