On Saturday evening Thomas Aquinas College students brought the bright lights and glamour of Broadway to St. Joseph Commons for the annual spring dance. For entertainment — and in keeping with the night’s theme — student performers sang classic show tunes, or parodies thereof, about life at the College.

On Thursday, March 29, students at Thomas Aquinas College were treated to an hour-long question-and-answer session with a visitor who is widely considered among the world’s greatest living actors, Sir Anthony Hopkins.

On the evening of Saturday, March 24, 2012, the St. Genesius Players of Thomas Aquinas College presented a production of William Shakespeare’s Macbeth in St. Joseph Commons. Seniors Clare Smillie and Gabriel Duda directed the performance, and senior Joshua Lo directed the musical accompaniment, Dimitri Shostakovich’s Elegy and String Quartet No. 8 in C Minor.

Members of the broader Thomas Aquinas College community gathered Sunday in St. Joseph Commons for the annual celebration of St. Patrick’s Day. The feast included Irish food and drink, plus step-dancing and song.
