Members of the Thomas Aquinas College community joined the parents and siblings of Andrew “Kent” Moore (’14) for a memorial Mass this morning in Our Lady of Most Holy Trinity Chapel. A tireless advocate of unborn children and their mothers, Kent was struck and killed by an oncoming vehicle this summer while participating in a Crossroads pro-life walk across America.

Over the past weekend student prefect Jon Dickman (’13), Activities Director Andrew Rossi (’13), Admissions Director Jon Daly, and Chaplain Rev. Joseph Illo led a men’s campout and retreat of some 40 Thomas Aquinas College students.

Every July, rising high-school seniors from across the country and beyond converge on the campus of Thomas Aquinas College to participate in the College's Great Books Summer Program. Lining the sidewalk outside the Planned Parenthood facility in Ventura, Calif., this Saturday were some 180 Thomas Aquinas College students who prayed for, and with, their departed friend, Andrew “Kent” Moore (’14).

In assembling its annual list of America’s Top Colleges, Forbes magazine focuses “on the things that matter the most to students: quality of teaching, great career prospects, high graduation rates and low-levels of debt.” Using these criteria, Forbes has once again named Thomas Aquinas College to its selective list.
