The College has learned the tragic news that alumnus Matt Wernet (’93) died on August 22, following acute respiratory distress stemming from COVID-19.
Thomas Aquinas College has learned the tragic news that a beloved alumnus priest, Rev. Ramon Decaen (’96), passed away Tuesday. A priest of the Diocese of Lincoln, Nebraska, Fr. Decaen was for 10 years the pastor of Cristo Rey Parish.
“I’ve been a church choir director and singer for 40 years,” says Mark Donnelly (’89) in the above video, chronicling his musical career. “Through all those years conducting and performing, God was preparing me to become a composer.”
