Twice yearly during the Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior years, each student sits with his tutors and hears their observations on his work. The primary aim of the Don Rag is not, like a report card, to state the degree of a student’s mastery of the material. It is, rather, an occasion for offering him specific advice on how to improve his class preparation and participation and to help him advance in the intellectual life.

Please pray for the repose of the soul of a much-loved member of the Thomas Aquinas College community, Barbara Blewett, wife of late vice president John W. Blewett. Mrs. Blewett passed away unexpectedly Wednesday afternoon at the age of 94.

“Jonathan is a young man of character and heart,” says Michael Phelan of his son, Jonathan (CA’23), a recent TAC graduate who entered the Norbertine Order this summer.
