With Valentine’s Day holiday on the minds (and hearts) of some, two Thomas Aquinas College, California, sophomores hosted a wholesome event last weekend to encourage campus romance: black-tie speed dating in the campus coffee shop.

These are just a few of the questions that California students considered when they met for the semester’s All-College Seminar this past Friday to discuss excerpted writings from St. Thomas Aquinas concerning Christ’s sacrifice.

Parisian Nights: Students Celebrate Valentine’s Day with Dance

With the chill of winter tapering off and a promise of spring on the horizon, Valentine’s Day approaches. To celebrate, Thomas Aquinas College’s California Junior Class hosted a Valentine’s Day dance this past Saturday in St. Cecilia Hall. Students enjoyed a night of food and fellowship, twirling to live music for leisure and competition — all with a Parisian café theme.
