2025-26 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

The FAFSA is used to determine a student’s eligibility for federal and state grants and federal loans. It is also required of all U.S. citizens and permanent residents seeking institutional aid from the college.

The FAFSA school code for Thomas Aquinas College is 023580. The same code is used whether you plan to attend the California campus or the New England campus.

2025-26 Deadline for Submitting Financial Aid Forms

The financial aid application deadline for students seeking institutional aid from Thomas Aquinas College for the 2025-26 school year is Monday, March 3, 2025.

All forms must be submitted by that date (completed on-line in the case of the FAFSA; uploaded in the case of Confidential Financial Aid Application). See our webpage How to Apply for Financial Aid for the specific forms and documents you must submit.

How to Apply for Financial Aid

A student requests assistance from the Financial Aid Office by completing the following steps.

The same financial aid steps apply whether you will be attending the California campus or the New England campus. Thomas Aquinas College has a single Financial Aid Office that processes all of the financial aid applications for both campuses. That office is located at the California campus. Financial aid is processed in the same manner for both campuses.
