As the finish line of the California High School Summer Program fast approaches, students continue to give themselves to their classes with the same characteristic enthusiasm they gave to yesterday’s Quad Run.

Though in the midst of digging deep for truth in Euclid and Boethius, students on the California High School Summer Program still had plenty of time Wednesday to set aside for faith, fellowship, and some new perspective on college applications.

Tuesday’s trip to the big city wasn’t enough to make students forget about Euclid, or the somewhat-intimidating prospect of presenting propositions Nos. 4, 9, and 10 from Book I of his Elements at this morning’s class.

On Tuesday, students on the California High School Summer Program went from wondering at the beauty of geometry in the morning to marveling at the beauty of the fine arts that afternoon and evening.

Prepared by yesterday’s talk on Art and Beauty, students on the High School Summer Program started the day looking forward to their planned museum trip and concert. First, though, they had some work to do!
