Pancake Breakfast

Early on Easter Saturday, the prefects of Thomas Aquinas College, New England, offered up their time to make pancakes for the entire campus! Students were treated to a variety of plain, chocolate-chip, and blueberry pancakes. They drizzled their flapjacks with butter, raspberry sauce, and maple syrup, tapped from on-campus trees, grabbed fruit and morning coffee, and headed into Gould Commons for breakfast around tables with their friends.

“It was so nice of the prefects to make breakfast for us,” exclaimed Natalie Peterson (’27). “The pancakes were delicious, and they made for a great start to the weekend.”
