In appreciation of the fresh fall weather and the Columbus Day weekend, Thomas Aquinas College, New England, enjoyed a celebratory “Scarf Party” after classes last Friday.

As stipulated by tradition, all students were required to wear scarves in order to attend. Consequently, as soon as the last class was dismissed, the field outside Gould Hall swarmed with scarf-ensconced students, chatting over hot apple cider and donuts and watching the soccer game that was underway adjacent to the party.

“This is such an enjoyable event!” exclaimed Sarolta Umaña (‘29). “Everyone is dressed to match the fall trees with their scarves. It’s such a cozy close to the week.”
